1. Sell gold via QR code. Print invoices with a business payment QR code with preset amount. Exchange old gold directly on the form; save to the gold ledger.
2. Gold production reports by quarter.
3. Create VNPT e-invoices and submit taxes to thuedientu.gdt.gov.vn right in the app (user/pass saved).
4. Print fully detailed gold tags directly from the app (no Bartender required).
5. Loyalty points table for regular customers.
6. Pawnshop table: add pawn amount, partial repayment, buy pawned items, purchase ledger, and calculate income/expenses by day.
7. Data backup every 60 minutes; one file per day (overwrite mode).
8. Print purchase/sale information (data not stored).
9. Online gold price board.
10. Calculate VAT & corporate income tax by day/month/quarter.
11. Buy scrap gold of many purities and create a purchase ledger.
12. Every table has an Excel file for checking.

The app uses SQL Server 2014 Express (with SSMS 2014). Windows 11 22H2 and earlier versions run fine (Windows 11 25H2 requires a higher version of SQL Server to be installed).

Installation

1. After downloading the file, read the instructions and install.
2. Open the app → click <<Home>> (auto-installs SQL Server & SSMS, creates initial data) → click <<Home>> again to start using.
